1. What are the delivery times?
We ship all orders within 24 hours. Delivery to Canada typically takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders of $200 CAD or more. For orders below this amount, delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt shipment. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been shipped.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- In case of refund, this will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- In the event of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs of the new item. It is also possible to exchange the item in person at an address provided upon request.
6. Do abayas come with accessories?
It depends on the model. Most of our abayas come with a matching dress, belt, and veil for a complete and harmonious ensemble. However, some closed models do not include an additional dress. Each product sheet indicates precisely what is included with the abaya.
7. How do I choose my size?
We provide a detailed size guide on our website. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment solutions offered by Shopify.
